Job Description
Branding & Marketing Stakeholder Management.
- Initiate & Coordinate marketing projects.
- Work in partnership with Agencies to develop a brand strategy.
- Partnering with digital marketing team to create content for online brand presence.
- Schedule communications and evaluating the progress of company
- Drive the marketing campaigns from initiation to execution
- Support the Financial Education Project Management Office; and various project teams (Financial Education Business Partners) with:
- The marketing and branding administrative duties (To load projects As defined by project methodology requirements).
- Assists in arranging workshops and captures workshop information into the appropriate templates & reports.
- Coordinates and attends Financial Education project meetings & marketing events in order to execute relevant initiatives.
- Assists in the updating of project plans and post-implementation metrics/Reports.
- This role is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
- Strong written and verbal communication. This is important to keep everyone engaged in the project details. This includes the marketing staff and the stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Strong coordination and leadership skills. Being able to provide a structure, keep implementation streamlined, and motivate the marketing stakeholders to deliver within the required timelines.
- Good organization and time management skills. Managing the Projects Schedule and completing tasks within the set timeline.
- Analytical skills. To leverage marketing analytics planning and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Decision-making. Working with tact and making informed decisions in high-pressure situations to deliver through tight project timelines.
- Critical thinking skills to ensure that value added to projects
- Proactive mind-set to anticipate obstacles and adapt accordingly.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent in Project Coordination.
Experience
- Proven working experience in a project coordination role with knowledge of the Financial Services industry a benefit, but not necessary.
- Proven record of accomplishment in terms of coordinating projects and working in a team
