Position Overview: We're looking for a Project Coordinator and Administrator who will be instrumental in driving the efficient execution of projects. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, ensuring project objectives are met and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Work with project managers to develop plans and timelines. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain documentation including schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Act as a key liaison among technical teams, managers, and customers, ensuring effective communication and project delivery. Handle equipment procurement and technical support coordination.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet standards and expectations.
  • Purchasing & Materials Management: Involves raising POs, online ordering, and managing goods-in processes. Maintain catalogues, control stock, and manage supplier returns.
  • Operational Tasks: Allocate stocks and materials, create and manage jobs, and handle invoice generation. Schedule jobs and manage fleet and HSE administration.
  • Finance & Admin Support: Perform weekly finance-related tasks and make key decisions on finance queries.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Project Management or related field preferred. Certifications like CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in technical administration and project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge in wireless networking and MSP services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and high organizational ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
