We have an opening for a Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services function in Cape Town.
In this role, you will partner with employees across the function to provide a high-quality service to our clients.
You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Provide a good level of support to the Project Management & Governance Team
- Ensure the right communications channels are used for the right purposes
- Assist Project Managers with resourcing engagements
- Manage resource schedules, including managing and escalating issues such as overbookings
- Follow up on actions to support Project Managers for items such as Purchase Orders, Change Requests, etc
- Be the point of contact for project team and engagement communications, manage and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Provide timely, and accurate responses to enquiries, from both internal and external clients
- Liaise with other internal teams to ensure smooth transition of projects
- Previous professional experience providing project administration support
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with clear and precise business English
- Understanding of the project management lifecycle
- Understanding of project management principles and best practice approaches
- No specific past industry experienced required
