About the Role: Project Coordinator

In this role, you will report to the project manager for our professional services resource and project management tool, Kantata. Our analyst teams around the world use the platform to manage portfolios and client relationships, centralize communications, track and assess the profitability of projects, and manage resources planning.
You will be responsible for supporting our global teams in their usage, and applying a keen understanding of our business needs to better adapt and leverage the tool. You will be working with stakeholders of varying levels across global teams to understand their use case, helping identify areas of customization while maintaining global consistency.
Purpose of the Role:
- The Project Coordinator will be a new role within Delivery Services, to evaluate and standardize the way our teams utilize our project management platform
- This role will play a critical part in establishing a global standard for usage and maintaining/holding teams accountable to that standard
- Serve as an empathetic liaison, and be able to understand unique stakeholder needs and adapt to them while ensuring consistency within and across teams
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Technical & Operational:
- Monitor and audit data regularly to ensure data integrity and consistent approaches/procedures globally across all roles and levels
- Develop checklists and tracking tools to ensure adherence to data quality control standards
- Understand our global network of vendors and how they support each of our teams, to determine the best methodology for accounting for their costs
- Maintain regular and close communications with teams to assess usage on a per team basis, help identify any challenges or opportunities for process improvement, channeling feedback to management to iterate on a global standard
- Assist stakeholders with any technical or strategic questions in their day-to-day usage, serving as a subject matter expert on the tool
- Brainstorm and execute initiatives surrounding adoption, usage, and learning and development
- Develop training and learning resources based on identified focus areas where additional support is needed, leveraging learning platforms
- Support larger related strategic initiatives, working closely with the Kantata Administrator and collaborating with relevant stakeholders as needed
- Stay up-to-date on project management industry changes, to propose best practices and use cases for internal project management toola

- Preferred 3 years of experience in an analytical, product/project management and/or stakeholder management role
- Relevant industry experience in media insights / reporting & analytics / traditional or social media / media agencies & public relations / digital marketing / marketing & communications.
- Experience using project management software and tools such as Kantata, Monday.com, Asana, etc
- Experience working with cross functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Depending on your work experience, this position will be a project coordinator or project manager role
- Bachelors degree or above. Preferably in communication / business / analytics related major
