Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- 3 years of work experience
- Ability to work within multi-disciplinary projects and teams
- Excellent project management and supervision skills
- Excellent organisational, time management and decision-making skills
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills
- The ability to execute and follow through
- Passion for operations and organisation performance, with a focus on processes optimisation
- Initiate continuous improvement projects
- Execute process optimisation
- Business process mapping
- Implement lean management/process principles
- Assist with logistical, warehouse and stock management projects
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects
- Liaise with projects various departments and stakeholders
- Operational cost monitoring

- Execute ad hoc assignments and tasks as required
