This role offers 20 hours per week of remote work. While hours are flexible, you must remain active on Slack from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meta Paid Ads Management:
- Plan, run, and enhance paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram to promote brand recognition, interaction, and sales.
- Track and tweak ad initiatives to meet set KPIs and ROI goals.
- Team up with colleagues to conceive and implement effective ad campaigns.
- Share insights and suggest ways to tweak ad strategies for better outcomes.
- Assist in creating an all-encompassing paid advertising strategy.
- Creative Perspective:
- Provide input to ensure that ad content matches the brand's look and message.
- Work with creative teams or designers to produce compelling ad graphics and text.
- Constantly explore ways to enhance creativity.
- Ad Types and A/B Testing:
- Discover and use different ad formats to bring variety to campaign methods.
- Undertake A/B tests to assess ad outcomes and base decisions on data.
- Oversee various ad options to heighten ad success.
- Demonstrable experience in overseeing paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms, notably Facebook and Instagram.
- Knowledge of the workings and strategies of direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands in Western regions.
- A proven history of creating and refining ad initiatives from the beginning.
- Solid analytical abilities, familiarity with A/B testing, and decision-making based on data.
- Prior experience with the jewelry sector or premium brands would be beneficial.
- Outstanding communication skills with the knack to cooperate effectively in a virtual team setup.
- Independent, attentive to detail, and consistent in meeting set timelines.
