Position Overview:
The Paid Media Expert will lead paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms to increase their online visibility, drive traffic, and grow our D2C sales. This individual will be integral in crafting and executing effective media buying strategies, ensuring their unique value proposition reaches an ever-growing audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive D2C sales.
- Media Buying: Execute media buying campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize and refine strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate budgets for various campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends in paid media and platform updates to keep our strategies current and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in paid media buying, preferably focusing on D2C sales.
- Proficiency in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficient understanding of the D2C landscape and e-commerce metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
