Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Campaign Management: Manage and optimize media campaigns on Meta and Google, including local service ads. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn ads is advantageous.
- Algorithm Understanding: Utilize in-depth knowledge of pixel settings and Meta ads algorithms to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aimed at increasing conversions and reducing churn.
- Market Experience: Leverage prior experience in the U.S. market (preferably in the health & wellness industry) to tailor campaigns to the target audience effectively.
- Independence and Initiative: Drive campaign success, demonstrating self-motivation and proactivity.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients to ensure alignment and achieve desired outcomes.
- Optimized Campaign Performance: Successfully manage and optimize media campaigns, leading to increased conversions and reduced churn.
- Meta Ads Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of algorithms and Meta ads, resulting in enhanced campaign performance.
- Strategic Contribution: Provide valuable strategic insights that contribute to overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in media buying and campaign management, with a focus on Meta and Google ads. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn ads is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the health and wellness industry is highly preferred.
- Market Expertise: Prior experience in the U.S. market is a must.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
