As the B2B Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, responsible for shaping and executing our social media initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy that aligns with business objectives, driving brand awareness and engagement within the industry.
Content Creation and Curation:
  • Curate and create compelling and relevant content for our social media channels, including written posts, visual assets, and interactive content.
Audience Engagement:
  • Foster meaningful engagement with our target B2B audience through interactive posts, discussions, and responses, nurturing relationships and building a community.
Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, adapting approaches based on data insights.
Industry Trends:
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and best practices in B2B social media marketing, applying insights to optimize our strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and content, to align social media initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
Desired Skillsets:
  • 3-5 Years of B2B Social Media Experience: Demonstrated experience in B2B social media management, with a track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
