Skill Farm Members Are Invited to Apply for the Following Role:
- Demand Generation activities to increase the footprint of DMLT services in the EMEA South region specifically in South Africa.
- Establish effective engagement network with service sales teams, Premium Engagement teams to enable positioning of DMLT services in the region.
- Support transition of customer's business needs and designing and architecting the appropriate solution proposal from the Data Management & Landscape
Transformation (DMLT) portfolio and beyond.
- Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases (presales, sales and delivery) and architecting potential solution design.
- Lead and facilitating customer's workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirement.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
- Closely collaborate with people in different roles across the company.
- Establish and maintain trustful relationships with Market Unit colleagues, on all levels of both externally on the customer side, as well as SAP Internally.
YOUR PROFILE- University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent relevant job experience
- Minimum 8 years (preferably international) SAP consulting experience in customer engagement role.
- Has strong networking skills, a positive customer centric work attitude.
- Has a strong understanding of SAP ECC/ S4HANA data model with sound understanding processes in at least 2 of the application modules - SAP Finance, Controlling MM, SD, PP, PM.
- Has strong exposure to working with SAP Customers from different industry segments such as Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Utilities, Automobile etc.
- Have experience in positioning services in the area of data migrations, data transformations, Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.
- SAP DMLT tools, methodology and data migration experience is a plus.
- Relevant SAP Technology experience, SAP Business Technology Platform is beneficial.
- Process know-how for essential business processes like Lead-2-Cash, Procure-2-Pay, Design-2-Operate or Hire-2-Retire are a strong asset.
- Additional experience in SAP S/4HANA, BW/BW4, CRM, SRM and ISM, HCM/SuccessFactors, Data Management Solutions (MDG, ILM, ..) or SAP Industry Solutions is a benefit.
- Proven track in C-level communication.
- Excellent communication and moderation skills, strong team spirit. Fluency in English required.
