Key Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead technical and non-technical project teams, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
- Identify and resolve project risks, roadblocks, and scope changes.
- Ensure effective communication between teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Manage project governance, ensuring alignment with company and industry standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management (or Agile certification is a plus).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially in environments.
- Expertise in project management tools (ZohoProject, ZohoSprint).
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
