BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The main purpose of the Product Management Specialist is to play a pivotal role in shaping our clients product strategy and driving innovation. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, business savvy, and leadership skills to guide our client towards becoming a world-class product company.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with our clients overall business objectives and market trends. Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features, enhancements, and new product initiatives. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends. Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer education. Product Management Processes: Implement and refine product management processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with engineering, sales, marketing, and other departments to drive product success. Metrics and Analytics: Track product performance metrics, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing both hardware and software products. Deep understanding of product development methodologies and Agile frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
