This position will be directing, overseeing and supporting project development; including involvement in the engineering solution development, bid process, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and invoicing.
- Engineering, Project Design and Cost Estimate
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of design basis data.
- Ensure completeness of necessary risk analysis (PRI/PRA) prior to completion of project design and cost estimate.
- Ensure completeness of supporting documents related to design and cost estimate such as reference drawings, computations and design requirements from customer.
- Provide a competitive costing without sacrificing quality and safety.
- Project Execution
- Ensure that project duration is within the approved timeline.
- Ensure that project is within the approved budget.
- Ensure that the project execution complies with all safety and quality standard of AL Group.
- Ensure that all required project documentations are available and accessible for general viewing.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that necessary permits required in the project are available as needed.
Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?
- 7 to 10 years capital project management and engineering/Technical experience
- Track record on managing complex and large capital projects
- Proficient in value engineering.
- Effective verbal and written communication, with good mediation skills.
- Demonstrate collaborative attitude and comfortable working in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, precision and accuracy in executing tasks.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical)
- Project Management Qualification
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in different project contract types and schemes
- Understanding of construction regulations
