Job Description:
Our client is seeking a proficient and experienced Data Project Manager to oversee and manage complex data reconciliation builds. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from sourcing data from multiple statements to integrating it into core systems and finally reporting to clients or regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Efficiently manage the entire lifecycle of data reconciliation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Data Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of complex data sets from various sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the process.
- Integration: Coordinate the integration of reconciled data into core systems, ensuring seamless compatibility and functionality.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on data reconciliation outcomes, presenting findings to clients or regulatory bodies as required.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues associated with data reconciliation projects and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and reliability of reconciled data.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in data reconciliation projects.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
