Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the end-to-end activities of complex enterprise projects
- Develop and manage project plans, defining scope, strategy, staffing, schedules, risks, and contingency plans
- Lead hybrid delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, depending on project needs
- Escalate impediments, manage risks, and help teams align on delivering value
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to define and track deliverables and milestones
- Oversee financials: forecasting, burn rates, and budget tracking against business cases
- Champion Agile practices, while maintaining governance and regulatory alignment
- Facilitate decision-making, ensure clear documentation, and maintain strong reporting cadence
- Use data insights to guide strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement
- 5+ years' experience in project/programme management, preferably in financial services
- Proven track record managing enterprise-scale projects and working with executive stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, Lean) alongside traditional PM principles
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and financial reporting within a bank
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced corporate environment
- Strategic thinker who can also dive deep into delivery and execution
- Familiarity with Agile toolsets such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Agile Methodologies (Scrum Master/SAFe certifications a plus)
