DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Technical
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Manage the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation across various geographical locations
- Develop a detailed project schedule to monitor and track progress, costs financially and in man-days
- Monitor and Control all projects by effectively managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure and Report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management timeously to ensure proactive responses
- Successfully manage the relationship with the internal team, client, third parties/vendors, and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize negative project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Detailed knowledge of SDLC
- Availability to travel sometimes with little notice both nationally and internationally
- Meet budget targets through accurate and proactive management of projects
- Proven track record of managing customer accounts
- Accurate management of timesheets project and personal
- Meet agreed KPIs based on project delivery

- Minimum CAPM

- Proven experience in the management of large complex development projects across multiple teams that are geographically dispersed
- More than 6 years of Retail experience
- SAP experience
- Agile Project Management experience of more than 1 year, Prince2, PMP.
- Ability to speak German
