Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. This role will also encompass the functions of an Executive Personal Assistant, providing direct support to our CEO and team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects across various departments and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Act as the point of contact for department heads, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage external contacts and proactively resolve business-related issues.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and executive assistance.
- Strong familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High level of discretion and ethical approach to business.
