Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors. Your role will involve managing vendor relations throughout the entire client lifecycle, catering to small, mid-market, and Enterprise clients. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your analytical and project management skills, enhance client servicing abilities, and gain valuable leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage current and new vendors, assigning resources based on skillsets, experience, and availability.
- Monitor day-to-day project activities and resourcing, ensuring smooth operations.
- Evaluate vendor performance against established standards and explore new vendor partnerships.
- Research and assess vendors based on pricing, quality, and product offerings.
- Analyze data sets, review reporting quality, and ensure timely delivery of reports to clients.
- Develop project plans aligned with business objectives, creating templates and visualization tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to deliver best-in-class media insights.
- Oversee workflow efficiency and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Mentor and nurture team members' development, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an analytical, product/project management, or customer-facing role.
- Relevant industry experience in media insights/reporting & analytics, traditional or social media, media agencies & public relations, or digital marketing.
- Experience working with Enterprise clients and vendors/3rd party providers.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a communication/marketing/media-related major.
- Fluent business-level English communication skills (excellent spelling and grammar) are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Competencies in quality management, stakeholder management, computational thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy.
- Strong negotiation, management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
