Project Manager

In this varied and interesting role, the project manager will manage multiple marketing projects, with a particular focus on website design and development, including ecommerce sites built using Shopify. The role involves exploring and interpreting client requirements, collaborating with creative and technical teams to devise solutions that meet clients broader objectives. Key responsibilities include digital strategy, project management, analysis, and reporting.
With a solid understanding of the digital marketing industry, the project manager will work to achieve excellent results while also maintaining efficient processes to ensure both profitability and quality for the clients.

They will manage subcontractors, colleagues, and projects simultaneously, applying their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
They will also identify opportunities for additional services, contributing to the growth of each client account and supporting internal process improvements.

- Manage website design, development, and ecommerce projects from initiation to launch and beyond.
- Schedule workstreams to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Ensure projects stay on budget and clients remain satisfied.
- Maintain high standards of quality throughout each project.
- Research and prepare planning documents for client projects.
- Provide clear briefs and guidance to designers, developers, content creators, and other suppliers.
- Oversee content and data entry, including migrations from legacy systems.
- Communicate regularly with clients, including meetings, to discuss current and future work.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions to empower clients to use CMS systems and similar platforms.
- Produce detailed performance reports for clients, analyzing project success and profitability.
- Build professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to provide further value to new and existing clients.
- Assist with scoping, time/cost estimation, and quoting for new projects.
- Monitor support ticket systems, responding to requests and assigning tasks as needed.
- Contribute to internal service improvements and process refinement.
- Keep agency systems up to date, including time tracking and project status indicators.
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment.
- Proven experience managing website, ecommerce, and digital projects.

- Familiarity with marketing strategies for rural businesses or organizations and experience working with remote communities.
