Property Development company is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of infrastructure projects, from planning to execution and completion.
- Ensure the effective management of a team within various set skills from general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical.
- Ensure adherence to building legislation and performance, quality, cost, and safety standards.
- Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications; facilitating the approval process of drawings by all relevant bodies.
- Plan construction projects by designing a layout plan, obtaining relevant drawing approvals, and complying with the bill of quantities.
- Negotiate with subcontractors involved in the construction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- 3-5 Years of managing a team with various skills set.
- 7-10 Years of experience in general construction, plumbing, and electrical.
