Role Overview
As a Salesforce / CRM Project Manager, your responsibilities will encompass customizing and maintaining Salesforce CRM, providing daily support for CRM and Salesforce authoring activities, and collaborating with various teams to contribute to ongoing initiatives related to Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Distribution (Email, Website, Aggregators), and Research Authoring systems. Additionally, you will assist in Salesforce administration and project management, ensuring effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customize, configure, and maintain Salesforce/ CRM.
- Provide daily support for CRM authoring activities.
- Manage project work, facilitate communication between development teams and business leaders, update leaders on project status, and coordinate training and rollout plans, including assistance with go-live data migration.
- Analyse business needs, schedule meetings, plan agendas, confer with business line leaders, document findings, and deliver verbal and written presentations.
- Maintain access to Research Portals, Emails, Websites, and other applications used in Sales and Research.
- Conduct technical diagnosis of operational issues and collaborate with local, external, and global teams to resolve them promptly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience providing user support and administration for Salesforce.com or a Salesforce-based Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is mandatory.
- Experience with Capital Markets CRM systems such as Tier1 or SingleTrack is preferred.
- Prior experience with BlueMatrix Research Authoring & Distribution systems is helpful.
- Familiarity with Event Management systems support is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of web technology and troubleshooting skills across applications.
- Understanding of database principles and basic SQL is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile methodology and maintaining written policies and procedures in a Wiki.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and handling system migrations, including data and resources.
- Salesforce/CRM platforms and project management skills and experience.
