A leading specialist property company is offering an exciting job opportunity for a property administrator and personal secretary.
Job requirements:
- The Administrator – Leasing in Durban needs to be able to process tenant placements, renewals and evacuations on Propsys, distribute monthly property management reporting packs and general administration
- Office management, telephone, filing, diary and organizational skills must be excellent;
- Ability to multi-task in a very busy environment, be career driven and positive disposition
- Must be professional, well groomed, reliable and trustworthy, with no misconduct/criminal record or investigation
- Must be a hard worker, deadline driven and flexible to work some Saturdays;
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written;
- A Matric qualification essential
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in an administrative environment
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Nicor/Propsys experience will be advantageous
- The individual will have good time management and multi-tasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and be able to work in a diverse team
