Job responsibilities:
- On-boarding new properties to ensure we can get them up-and-running quickly.
- Inspecting properties between guests and cleaning to ensure they are always in tip-top shape.
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance where needed.
- Meeting guests in-person for check-in/ checkout and making sure they are settled.
- Addressing guest issues/ support and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Managing relationships with property owners and keeping them informed.
Job requirements:
- Super detail-orientated problem solver.
- Must have an eye for what makes a property shine.
- Confident in your abilities to coordinate administrative tasks.
- An outgoing person who loves people.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and understand customer service.
