Role Overview:
As the Property Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. In addition to managing property records, rent collection, and tenant relations, you will also play a key role in vendor management and scheduling rental viewings. The ideal candidate will bring valuable recruitment experience, which will help us relaunch our recruitment strategies as we grow the team. Experience in the UK property sector will be highly beneficial in navigating the specific demands and expectations of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations for a portfolio of 110 newly built properties, including rent collection and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate property records and handle updates as needed.
- Utilize Arthur (property management software) and Xero for financial management and operations tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors and tenants for property maintenance, certifications (e.g., gas safety), and other needs.
- Call potential tenants, schedule rental viewings, and assist with rental arrangements.
- Support the firms growth by assisting with recruitment efforts to onboard new talent.
- A multi-tasker who can seamlessly manage property operations, financial tasks, and assist with recruitment.
- Experience coordinating tenant and vendor relations, including property maintenance and viewings.
- Proactive, well-organized, with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with the UK property sector, and past recruitment experience is essential.
- Experience in the UK property sector is highly desired.
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and Arthur software is a must.
- Proven experience in property management, with a focus on vendor and tenant coordination.
- Previous recruitment experience, with the capability to help restart and manage recruitment initiatives.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

- Laptop/desktop capable of running property management software.
