The experienced individual will be responsible to manage a diverse portfolio of properties (+- 15 commercial and residential properties, averaging 500-600 units).
To be based in office, Mon - Fri from 08h00 to 16h30.
Requirements
- Sectional title property management experience is a must
- Must have own reliable transport (not negotiable)
- Good knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act
- Experience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate Budgets
- Experience in typing of minutes of trustee meetings, AGM, SGM meetings
- Fluent in English and able to communicate in a professional manner
- Must be available to work in the evenings to attend trustee meetings, AGMs and/or SGMs when required.
R33 000 CTC (neg) depending on experience and knowledge
