A leading national property investment company located in Paarl, Cape Winelands is looking for a dynamic property sales consultant who can help their property investors strategically build their portfolios thereby creating wealth through investing in high rental and capital growth yielding buy to let properties.
Job requirements:
- Matric qualification (Grade 12)
- Bi-lingual in English & Afrikaans
- Own transport
- Must be a team player
- NQF 4 Qualification (Preferred)
- 6 months experience in the property industry (Beneficial)
- Must be able to interpret & complete sales contracts & related documentation
- Eagerness to learn and work hard
- Willing to work overtime when required by management
- Basic Office Hours from: Monday to Thursday 08h00 to 16h30; Friday 08h00 to 16h00
- Overtime (especially consulting with clients during weekdays and weekends where required)
- A “can do” attitude, go getter and hungry for success
- Sales skills and a willingness to expand comfort zone
- Ability to organize, manage and track multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent computer skills, time management and reporting abilities;
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing

- The Property Investment Consultant remuneration consists out of a very lucrative commission structure as well as commission driven incentives. This is a Non-EE position.
Job responsibilities:
- To act as a representative for clients of the company’s Investments;
- Following leads
- Search for suitable stock
- Must be able to consult with client’s one on one and with fellow consultants and have to keep the client updated on progress throughout the process;
- Negotiate the successful sale of properties and the admin related to the sales;
- Property Investment Consultant will have to consult with clients and cross sell various services
- Conduct appraisals and take instructions as to the terms and methods by which the property is to be sold and implement accordingly;
- The Property Investment Consultant will continuously liaise with the investor over a number of years to build the portfolio, adapt to market conditions, make recommendations and oversee the investor’s portfolio.
- Property Investment Consultants will have a specific monthly target in terms of sales of properties and other services provided through the group
