What You Will Accomplish Here
Our customers are manufacturers, regulators and operators within the Gambling industry. CDS (Customer Delivery & Services) team members have a workload split 2/3 for day-to-day responsibilities and 1/3 developmental activity. Quality, diligence, and persistence are valued skills in the team as is an open approach to issues faced so that the team can be properly focused on supporting each other. In addition to these attributes a working interest in IT is important as the CDS team aims to provide a range of reports from the proposal tracking system. The daily responsibilities may cover a wide range of activities which combine to make a varied working day.
Duties And Responsibilities
Proposal Tracking System Roles / Shifts
- Reviewing Proposals and checking proposal content
- Requesting file numbers for new projects for functional testing and Security projects
- Assist with maintaining the Proposal Tracking System (PTS) including but not limited to the following: create daily backup, review tasks/buckets, review proposals
- Liaise with Client Services, Engineering and QA about task/project status
- Help maintain existing reports and develops new reports
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Senior Certificate
- Interest and knowledge in IT - with some development experience is important
- Knowledge of either Microsoft Teams Planner, SharePoint Lists, SQL, Python and CRM would be a benefit
- Pro-active attidue including the ability to manage assigned work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, verban and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
