Minimum requirements for the role:
- A degree, diploma, certificate or related qualification in marketing or a related field is essential for this role.
- Previous experience having worked in a senior marketing role being responsible for handling and managing all aspects of marketing for the company is essential for this role.
- Must have effective communication skills, good coordinating abilities and good management experience in handling various marketing projects and processes for the company.
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and outlook skills.
- The successful candidate must be able to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must have a strong general understanding of marketing principles.
- Managing and overseeing all marketing aspects of the business providing new and innovative approaches to digital marketing, brand management and customer engagement strategy through the identification of new channels, tracking and media opportunities
- Coordinating and managing a wide range of marketing processes and projects.
- Interacting with, customers, suppliers, sales, product development, operations and the BSBU management team to ensure that the collateral and other communications accurately reflect the brand of the bakery specialties business unit.
- Performing a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the business.
- Coordinating a wide range of integrated communication and marketing activities for the company at corporate level.
- Developing annual brand plan based on company strategy.
- Planning and preparing for and attending trade shows, company-sponsored promotions and events.
- Managing the company content on the website and social media platforms.
- Championing the social-economic development of the company which includes identifying opportunities for projects, communication and execution.
