We're a fully in-office team. This role is based at our Support Centre in Kuils River, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
Administering, scoring and interpreting psychometric assessments for selection, succession planning and personal development (according to HPCSA ethical specifications)
Providing verbal and written feedback on assessment profiles to management (B, C&D Band)
Provide verbal and written feedback to Phadimas (B, C&D Band)
Qualifications Required
- Honours Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology
- Registered with the HPCSA as a Psychometrist (Independent Practice)
- 6-12 months experience
- Thorough knowledge of the code of professional ethics of the HPCSA (including the ethical use of psychometric tests including test security, confidentiality and informed consent)
- Knowledge of best practice in the field of psychometrics
- Knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks which impact on psychological practice
- Sound understanding of psychometric properties
- Clear knowledge and understanding of scope of practice
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Accredited on CPP and EQ-i2.0, Psytech assessments (15FQ+ and ability assessments) & SHL Products.
