The HC Ops department is seeking an individual with a strong personality to join their team. Besides the need to pay attention to detail, having good accuracy and time management skills, the successful applicant must:
- Capture and scan information on Kwiktag (e-filing system);
- Action requests received from the HC Operations ServiceNow system and liaise with reporting managers to resolve queries;
- Daily checking that captured and scanned information reflects correctly on Kwiktag;
- Ensuring compliance with the firms security policies and standard operating procedures;
- Assist with HC Operations projects like collection of new joiner documents, exam cycles etc.;
- Update Workday with information when requested from reporting managers.
- Matric, preferably with a business administration certificate.
- 1 - 2 years experience preferably in a shared service environment
- System experienced on Kwiktag would be an advantage
- Attention to detail / accuracy
- Excellent typing skills (Advanced level)
