Your Role At Impact
At impact.com, we are on a mission to educate publishers, advertisers, and agencies on how to mutually benefit from partnership opportunities. We enable industry professionals to excel in their roles through our Partnerships Experience Academy (PXA).
As an intern for PXA, you will experience a variety of different job roles and responsibilities as you acclimate to the PXA team and impact.com. You will write and edit content, create and edit learning content videos, manage data entry projects, and much more as needed.
This paid internship is 3 months with the potential option to extend at the end of the period.
What You'll Do
- Work within our LMS (Learning Management System), Intellum, and our internal customer information tool, Operator, to support PXA team members in completing the New User Report each week to maintain data quality.
- Write and edit course copy, emails newsletters, and other related material, adhering to the voice and Corporate Identity (CI) of PXA.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro and additional tools within the Adobe suite to edit product and industry training videos, adhering to the Corporate Identity (CI) of PXA.
- Create engaging storyboards, and cut voiceovers and videos in collaboration with our video editors and multimedia designers.
- Use iorad.io to prepare impact.com product training simulations.
- Other tasks as needed.
- Must demonstrate basic writing skills.
- Must be action-oriented and customer-focused.
- Must demonstrate the ability to think creatively.
- Must demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, using tools like Asana and Google Calendar.
- Ability to communicate professionally via email, Slack, and Zoom.
- Ability to work independently, and have a high degree of accountability and accuracy of work.

- Preferred:
- Qualification in Marketing, social sciences, or other relevant creative background.
- Documented professional writing experience.
- SEO or marketing experience.
- Video editing experience.
- PXA Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification
