Our client in the Banking industry is looking to hire a seasoned QA Lead with 5 plus years of experience on a contractual basis.

You Will Be Expected To

• Lead the QA team to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and execute automated tests.
• Create and maintain test plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Improve QA processes.
• Track Quality Assurance metrics.
• Ensure that software meets user requirements.
• Work closely with development and product teams to integrate quality assurance measures into the Agile process, ensuring timely and high-quality software releases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Software QA Methodologies and tools.
• Extensive experience with Appium and Selenium.
• Experience in programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
• Good working knowledge of Frontend and API Automation as well as Performance Testing.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Comfortable with Git, and CI processes using tools like Jenkins, JIRA.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Attention to detail and ability to diagnose complex issues in application testing.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Banking experience is essential.

Technical assessment is compulsory for this role!
