About The Position
We seek a qualified QA Specialist to review and grade all telephonic interactions with our patients while ensuring that our patient journey aligns with our organizational goals. The role requires a high level of focus, attention to detail, and, most importantly, adherence to compliance and strict performance standards. We are governed by strict legislation related to the Healthcare industry within America, and it is the incumbent's responsibility to ensure adherence to these compliance regulations by our Clinical Trial Recruiters.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Using our internal quality review software, grade all patient interactions per set compliance and performance standards.
- Identify, report, and provide insight into behavioral concerns and patterns, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines related to clinical trial patient recruitment.
- Escalate concerning patient interactions and non-compliance issues to management that exposes the organization to liability (risk) and has the potential to tarnish the brand.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of the data collected during the patient recruitment phase.
- Ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the patient's journey with the Company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional operational teams to provide guidance and insight on both risk exposure and quality assurance matters, whereby promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Prepare quality information reports for operational review, highlighting potential training gaps, performance issues, and trends within the patient recruitment experience. This includes conducting study sweeps to identify improvement opportunities on a wider operational scale.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to patient recruitment and quality assurance.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably within a scientific, social, or business operations field, would be advantageous but not essential.
- Three years of relevant QA experience or equivalent combination of experience
- Experience conducting quality investigations, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessments.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft product suite
