You'll be crucial in identifying issues before they impact our users, directly contributing to reducing customer contact ratios through diligent QA processes. Your role involves collaborative work with the development team, implementing A/B testing, and supporting our data-driven approach to optimizing the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance for software updates and feature releases.
- Analyze user interactions to propose improvements.
- Work with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Support data analysis efforts to inform product decisions.
- 3+ years experience in QA within tech or SaaS environments.
- Proficient in both manual and automated testing.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
