We are searching for enthusiastic Quality Assurance (QA) Specialists to join our growing team across. In this role, you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional service by meticulously testing and reviewing the products developed by our service delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure Eyecarepro's service delivery products meet all quality standards and user requirements.
- Conduct thorough functional testing to verify that these products function as intended and meet user expectations.
- Collaborate closely with website administrators and developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues discovered during testing.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential usability problems, edge cases, and opportunities to enhance the user experience.
- Clearly document and communicate testing results, including defect reports and test coverage metrics.
- Participate in design reviews and requirement discussions to provide valuable input on the testability of products and the overall quality assurance process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously refine our QA processes.
- Associate's degree in a related field (Web Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, WordPress Development, Digital Marketing) or 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills to document testing results, communicate effectively with team members, and collaborate with website administrators and developers.
- Strong attention to detail to meticulously test products, identify defects, and ensure exceptional quality.
- A continuous learner with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft or Google Suite and Typeform forms for efficient test management.
- Experience with bug-tracking systems and automated testing frameworks to streamline the QA process.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems and potential issues within the products being tested.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to collaborate with developers and resolve identified issues.
