- Implement skills development services
- Manage a team of skills development implementation resources
- Mobilise and monitor resources to deliver skills development services
- Provide various skills development facilitation services to clients such as:
- Manage & implement work skills plans
- Advise on career path strategy
- Skills audits
- Seta & client reporting
- Sourcing & managing relevant training providers & relevant SLAs
- Maintain relationships with all SETAs
- Ensure that solutions meet internal and external client’s needs
- Crafting solutions to meet client’s requirements
- Ensuring that the overall quality of delivery meets the client’s requirements
- Remain up to date with SETA funding opportunities
- Apply for SETA funding
- Complete SETA vendor documents
- Follow internal processes & keep relevant administrations up to date
Ideal Candidate Must:
- Be a qualified SDF with paperwork to prove this
- Have a relevant degree/Qualification
- Have previous project management experience
- Have excellent Behavioural & Skills competencies
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent business verbal & written skills
- Have excellent presentation skills
- Be self-motivated
- Have excellent delegation, organisational and time management skills
- Be computer literate
- Have valid driver’s license & own vehicle
- Have an excellent understanding of disability, learnerships, relevant legislation and B-BBEE
Salary is between R15 000-00 – R20 000-00 dependent on candidate’s experience
