Data Quality Assurance Administrator

Support the Data Quality Assurance Officer in the delivery of an effective and efficient stipend administration service.

• Ensure timely submission of stipend compliance documents by implementing partners.
• Data verification, accuracy and completeness. You will be responsible for checking and cross-checking of stipend compliance documents.
• Identifying and communicate discrepancies and errors with relevant partners. Document scanning, uploading, downloading, and printing.
• Data capturing.
• Document management, including appropriate naming and filing (to facilitate easy identification and retrieval).
• Build and maintain relationships at programme implementation levels with partners to enhance organisational effectiveness and process efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency enhancements to improve overall effectiveness of the stipend administration process.

Any other duties as determined by the Operations Departments need including participation in special projects.

Qualifications And Experience

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Data Quality Administrator or similar role.

• Proficiency in data entry software and tools.
• Solid understanding of database management.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
