Main purpose of the job:
To ensure that all products released to clients meet the companies quality standards.
Key Performance Areas
- All products must be tested in full as per product specifications.
- Correct test methods must be used.
- Complete and accurate records must be maintained.
- Customer complaints attributed to negligent QA = 0
- Identify retention samples showing phasing problems.
- Timely report back of requested information.
- Use correct documentation for maintaining quality records. Ensure that records are complete and accurate.
- On a daily basis, email results of each batch tested to the relevant managers
- Health and safety.
- Time keeping and attendance.
- Ensure that the Quality Assurance laboratory is maintained at all times in a clean condition.
