Minimum:
- 2yrs experience in a client care and business banking environment
- Quality control and assurance experience
- 2+ years experience in a client care and business banking environment
- Quality assurance in an operational service environment
- Capitec Bank processes and products
- Data and analytics
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Economic and Management Sciences
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economic and Management Sciences
