Purpose Statement

• To contribute towards an optimal and consistent client experience for Capitec Bank clients through:
• Implementing quality assurance principles and standards across all client interaction points, in line with regulatory frameworks and requirements.
• Measuring and enhancing compliance to quality standards.

Experience

Minimum:

• 2yrs experience in a client care and business banking environment
• Quality control and assurance experience

Ideal:

• 2+ years experience in a client care and business banking environment
• Quality assurance in an operational service environment
• Capitec Bank processes and products
• Data and analytics

Qualifications (Minimum)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Economic and Management Sciences

Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economic and Management Sciences

Knowledge

Minimum:

• Client interaction and service engagement
• Information and performance feedback within a corporate environment
• Relevant regulatory requirements and legislation
• Quality control and assurance
• Quality Assurance technologies and tools

Ideal:

• Knowledge of Capitec Bank products
• Facilitation and presentation
