We are looking for seasoned QA Leads with extensive experience in managing testing activities from planning to execution.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Creating a test plan for any given project
- Working closely with development team members on kickstarting projects
- Guiding, coordinating and coaching the QA & Test team in their day-to-day operations
- Guiding and monitoring test analysis, design, implementation & execution, test procedures and test suites
- Leading test implementation in accordance with the agreed Quality Assurance principles to manage risk
- Reviewing test documentation
- Designing and enhancing automation framework
- Assigning tasks
- Preparing documentation e.g., test strategy, test plans, test reports, status reports etc.
- Communicating with IT, Development, Product, Customer Support teams
- Leading training sessions, conducting audits on existing processes and creating new ones based on feedback from audits
- Looking for ways to improve testing processes
- Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies
- Good working knowledge of Front End and API automation as well as Performance Testing (Selenium/Appium/Healenium, RestAssured and JMeter)
- Agile Concepts & Development
- Understanding of Software Development and Automation processes, Testing Methodologies & QA Tools
- Extensive knowledge of Test Planning & Execution (Manual and Automation)
- Collaboration with other Stakeholders
