Role Competence
To take responsibility for assisting in the day-to-day investigatory procedures involved in Shopper, Interviewer and CATI agents Quality Control requirements, conforming to MRS Code of Conduct and ISO 20252 / ISO 270001 standards and IPSOS SOPs.
- Carry out quality validations, ensuring compliance with the set procedures.
- Manage , utilize and maintain all resources including human resources to achieve IPSOS quality standards.
- Keep up to date on Quality Control standards and ensure these are met to the highest possible standard.
- Effective use of Shopmetrics, iField and CATI Software,
- Monitor shoppers, Interviewers and Agents of concern and report to Operations and HR any fraudulent actions.
- Use benefit of experience to determine appropriate cost-effective course for case being reviewed.
- Analyze data from validations and take appropriate action regarding poor results.
- Liaise with Stakeholders to determine appropriate course of action is implemented.
- Keep all related software and databases updated with pertinent details.
- Self-development and development of others.
- Work in accordance with the company information, security procedures ISO 27001 and ISO 20252 standards.
- Feedback appropriately and in timely fashion when serious concerns arise affecting project completion/targets.
- Understand the difference procedures required when dealing with Interviewers, Shoppers, Calling Agents on contract/with long service records.
- Familiarizes oneself with the requirements and correct methodology for every Project.
- Ensure consistency of processes across sites.
- Independently make decisions and ensure Operations Manager is aware.
- Continually review efficiency and effectiveness of processes and streamline as appropriate.
- Ensure all relevant information and documents within your domain can be assessed and understood by the Quality team during your absence.
