Quality & Food Safety Manager
A well-established food company in Pinetown is urgently seeking a Quality and Food Safety Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain and continuously improve factory quality and food safety standards.
Minimum requirements for the position are as follows:
ND/Btech Food technology, Quality management or related qualification. Minimum 5 years related working experience.
Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, GMPs and HACCP are essential.
Experience with FSA / National Retailer audits advantageous.
Good knowledge of food safety, quality control and food manufacturing processes.
