Qualifications/Experience
- BSc Engineering (or equivalent) with more than 3 years experience in a relevant technical and/or quality management environment.
- Supplier Automotive Component Manufacturing in particular.
- Automotive supplier / OEM Quality management, Production.
- Automotive Component knowledge, Analytical skills, Problem Solving, Quality Management, Project Management
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point above average skills)
- Negotiation, Communication, and presentation skills, Ability to work with complex teams.
- English language (fluent in language and written form)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-initiative and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- Facilitating Skills.
- Effective decision making.
- Ability to prioritize multi-tasks
- Planning and managing measures for preventative quality assurance at suppliers to ensure that the parts in his/her spectrum are always ready for series production and their quality meets the Groups specifications.
- Monitoring, steering and actioning of supplier Quality Targets
- Regular reporting and presenting of Supplier Quality Status and actions to management.
- Ensuring Early detection of Quality risks, networking with relevant process partners, suppliers and ensuring solutions to risks are implemented.
- Travel to various suppliers on regular basis.
- Develop and maintain quality related reports.
