Job Position: Quality Manager (Equity)

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma, is essential
- Minimum of 5 years, proven Quality Management experience, in a large manufacturing environment, preferably heavy engineering type sector (FMCG would not be suitable)
- Proven knowledge of quality in production
- Process driven, with strong customer relations skills, critical
- Successful candidate needs to have a strong hands on approach, coupled with proven leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure essential
- Strong sense of integrity and work ethics required
- No job hoppers will be considered
Key Performance Areas:
- Manage plant quality objectives and monitor progress
- Manage the plant quality system
- Ensure the plants compliance with all safety and regulation standards
- Supply quality assurance
- Halt manufacturing or the delivery of products when quality is not up to company/legal standards
- Deal extensively with customers
- Manage all staff and related issues
