Quality and Compliance Technologist Ref: 3600

NDC Personnel is seeking a Quality and Compliance Technologist to join an established FMCG manufacturer based in Durban. To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) and at least 5 years experience in a food processing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting and organizing relevant compliance audits, comparing internal and external audit findings, track and trend any non-conformances and communicating results to management via regular reports.

Further duties include maintaining relevant safety and quality registers and documents and ensuring food safety regulations are adhered to.
