Job Description Purpose of the Job:
To assist in the control, maintenance and administration of the client SI Quality Management System (QMS) including the well being of the current ISO 9001 electronic records system, related policies, processes and procedures against the Standard.
Customer Requirements
To assist with ensuring that all internal and external customer requirements are met in accordance with the client SI policies, processes and procedures in line with the ISO 9001 Standard
QMS Correspondence / Info
To communicate and distribute QMS correspondence / information to staff accordingly
Quality Dept Requirements:
To be a team player, develop knowledge and skills, ensuring that all Quality Department functions and deliverables are executed in accordance with company requirements and the ISO 9001 Standard
Training Courses
To attend training courses as dictated by the job function and company requirements, and be involved in the accreditation of new ISO standards as required
QMS Survey
To assist with the development of the annual QMS survey and use of the data to facilitate continual improvement of the company QMS
Management Review Meetings
To attend and assist with planning and preparation of the booklet for Management Review Meetings according to company SI policies and procedures
ISO Certification Board Audit
To participate and assist as required with the coordination of external ISO accreditation audits of client SI as per the ISO 9001 Standard.
Documentation and Templates
To create templates, format, archive and publish approved documentation as required
QMS and ISO Training and Support
To provide QMS and ISO Awareness Training and support as and when required
QMS and Manual Maintenance
To assist with the continual development, review, control and maintenance of the (QMS) and the Quality Manual on SharePoint
ISO Audit
To assist in planning, and to take responsibility for conducting, recording and reporting on specified internal ISO audits in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard. This includes follow up, control and ensuring that corrective and preventative actions are executed and non-conformities are dealt with accordingly
Job Requirements Experience:
Document Management - 5 Years - Essential
Current ISO 9001 Standards - 2 Years - Essential
Qualifications:
Grade 12
ISO 9001 and recognised ISO 9001 Auditing Certificate
QMS Auditing
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint)
