Job requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- B-Tech in Quality or studying towards.
- Good Quality aptitude and knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Reading technical drawings and specifications
- Supervising Quality Inspectors
- Conduct investigations/route cause analysis for non-conformance or issues on the line using problem solving skills
- Conduct 8D reports for customers concerns and implement corrective actions
- Raise quality alerts for customer complaints
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 Standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Accessing and maintain information on customer portal
- Knowledge on creating IMDS reports.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for PPAP submissions to customers
- Involved in APQP and PSW’s for new projects
- Conducting internal audits as per quality standards requirement for all processes and critical/risk areas
- Responsible for following up on action plans for audit findings
