We are searching for a dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction company. The ideal candidate must meet the set criteria below:
Requirements
- + 10 years Quantity Surveyor experience
- BS Degree or B Tech in Quantity Surveying
- CCS (candy ) knowledge non negotiable
- Traceable references of previous projects and companies
- Drivers licence
- Available Immediately

- A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use the CCS software

Responsibilities
- price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
- procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
- measure and value the work done on site
- Prepare the subcontractor payments
- liaise with the client and other construction professionals
- Prepare and submit the relevant reports
