Job responsibilities:
- Client liaison and project specification.
- Project manage new builds and renovations.
- Oversee quality, timelines and production.
- Progress payments, claims and site reports.
- Update customer records and information accurately.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Ensure all time base process requirements are completed in required period
Job requirements:
- Strong spreadsheet skills and extremely computer literate.
- Working knowledge of sketchup.
- Customer service orientation
- Oral and written communication
- Planning and organising
- Problem solving
- Teamwork
- Attention to detail
- You must have your own vehicle and a laptop.
- Basic salary plus very lucrative commission structure – negotiable!
