Job Description
The Junior Quantity Surveyor, under the supervision of the senior QS's, is responsible for monitoring financial and commercial aspects of contracts and detecting variances in costing with a view to maximizing profit within the contract condition parameters. The incumbent safeguards the company's position relative to contractual rights, supports other specialists in the department and monitors sub-contractor productivity. The Junior QS ensures statutory compliance and that company procedures and systems are being adhered to.
